When you download the CloudCall Chrome plugin, every phone number you view online becomes instantly clickable. Just like CloudCall allows you to click-to-call from contacts in your CRM, now you can click on numbers while prospecting all over the Web.
Call notes, categories and recordings
The new features don’t stop once you make a call. You can take call notes and categorize calls from the Chrome extension directly. Also, all calls can be recorded – so even calls made outside of your CRM can be used for training or compliance. Pause recordings directly from the Chrome extension to collect sensitive information.
Screen pop shows you who’s calling
CloudCall Chrome prepares you for your next call with a pop-up alert containing contact information. Screen pops are a simple way to provide better customer service, and they are much more useful than the cryptic phone number that usually appears on your desk phone.
CloudCall Chrome is currently available with a Contact Centre subscription, which means you will gain access to all the great features like call analytics, IVR and the mobile app. You also can take advantage of CloudCall Campaigns – one of our recent products that offers inbound call distribution, an outbound dialer, and the ability to monitor, whisper and barge into calls. Great for training, the monitor, whisper, barge feature lets authorized supervisors listen in to live calls, whisper tips to the employee on the phone and barge into the call so both sides can hear.
A subscription to Contact Center also provides all the features you get with Chrome – inside your CRM/ ERP system. So you can click-to-call contacts, take notes on calls, record calls and get screen pops inside and outside your CRM. You can now truly use CloudCall anywhere and anyway you work.
