It’s only the first week of the New Year and while most of us are still busy deciding on our resolutions for 2016, here at SYNETY, after a busy and fruitful 2015, we are looking forward to an exciting 2016 and have set our business goals accordingly. Our main aim, as always, is the continued success of CloudCall through the delivery of a high quality solution to our customers. We will also continue to grow and strengthen our team this year and are committed to working ever more closely with our partners.
Continuing the CloudCall Journey
We begin the year with some changes to our Executive Board. Mark Seeman, who co-founded SYNETY in 2011 with Jason Kendall, moves into the role of President of SYNETY Group plc, which will allow him to focus on product innovation and the strategic direction of the company. Meanwhile, our Executive Chairman, Simon Cleaver, steps into Mark’s role as CEO of SYNETY Group plc and non-Executive Director, Peter Simmonds, becomes Chairman.
As for myself, I will be heading up SYNETY Inc. as Chief Operating Officer. This is a significant move for me personally, as not only am I stepping into a new role with many new responsibilities but I will also be relocating to Boston to lead our US team. The SYNETY Inc. team has demonstrated great potential in carving out a niche for CloudCall within the US market and I look forward to providing further support to them and to driving SYNETY Inc. forward.
As we continue our move from being a start-up to becoming a fully-fledged enterprise, these changes will mean that we are well placed to drive the business forward to the next exciting stage of our development.
Building on our Success with Partners
During 2015, we built some very successful relationships with our partners and introduced a number of key new integrations. This year, we would like to work on strengthening these partnerships. We are grateful to our partners for their continued support and, with some new initiatives that we will be introducing over the coming year – we hope to build an even stronger bond with them.
Commitment to our Customers
Whilst we continue to deliver our CloudCall solution to a high standard, we also want to make it easier for our customers to better understand the value that CloudCall can add to their business. With this in mind, we will shortly be launching the CloudCall Academy: an informative, e-learning centre for new, as well as experienced users of CloudCall. It contains training modules and downloadable resources to help CloudCall Administrators and users make the best possible use of the CloudCall solution in their business. We believe that this will be an invaluable resource for our customers and are looking forward to the official launch of the Academy, in the near future.
The changes that a new year brings can often seem daunting but SYNETY’s plans for its team, its partners and its customers and its ambitions for what looks to be a promising and eventful 2016, all mean that we have high expectations of this being a great year!
