From experience, we know that some customers prefer to let our experts manage the planning and implementation process of their CloudCall solution, from start to finish. Throughout this process, you’ll have a dedicated CloudCall team member. They’ll be taking the lead and make sure that every stage, from planning and building your tailored services, through to deployment and adoption, is as successful as possible. This ensures that your transition to CloudCall is easy, smooth and seamless.

Your CloudCall journey is made up of three key stages:

Discovery, Implementation, and Adoption.

01. Discovery

In the Discovery stage, we will be analyzing your business requirements and tailoring our solution so that it will provide value. We also want to make sure that it is tailored to your business’s needs. This stage is made up of the Pre-Sales, Sales and Trials services. They are available to answer any queries that you may have and provides you with a resource, should you have any concerns.

02. Implementation

We want to make sure that we provide a quality service for your business. Throughout the Implementation stage, we perform network checks and tests to make sure that your networks integrate well with CloudCall. At this stage, we set all of your call and business’s settings, as required.

03. Adoption

One of the key considerations for any business when purchasing and implementing new software is to ensure that user adoption is optimized. We provide services such as Training, Customer Success and on-going support, to make sure that you’ll be able to utilize CloudCall fully, upon adoption.
