The CTI Consultation Process
Firstly, we will be discussing your business requirements and your current situation. Doing so ensures that we can offer the right solution to help your business achieve its aims. This is followed by a full overview and demonstration of the CloudCall solution. This gives you the opportunity to gain an understanding of how your business will benefit from the features available.
Following this, there’ll be further in-depth discussions and meetings to ensure that the right solution is customized for your business. Simultaneously, there will be an initial quality of service check that will examine the quality and performance of your broadband. After this, we will make recommendations, where necessary, to ensure that your existing networks align with the CloudCall solution.
Try Before You Buy
For larger scale deployments where there are multiple sites, complex networks or bespoke functionality, we may recommend that a Project Manager leads the process from start to finish. This will ensure that all of your systems are configured correctly and that the transition for your business is as smooth as possible.
Having a dedicated Project Manager ensures that communication lines are clearly defined. Furthermore, you’ll have a direct point of contact throughout this entire process, should you have any concerns. They’ll oversee every step of the implementation and will closely manage the timescales in each phase. They’ll be working closely particularly with key stakeholders within your business to ensure that your solution is deployed successfully.
