As part of our commitment to you we have a comprehensive implementation process to ensure CloudCall works how you need it to from day one.
We make a promise to all our customers, that promise is simple: To deliver a high quality communications solution to help you improve your business processes.
We promise to never supply CloudCall when we cannot guarantee the quality of service. We have two separate network checks within our process.
The first check is a very quick process that looks at the quality of your broadband and makes recommendations (where necessary) to guarantee it can work with our solution.
The secondary check forms part of our implementation process and one of our highly trained Network Engineers will become your dedicated engineer and will look into your network in great detail to ensure it works smoothly with your tailored CloudCall solution.
Setup and Configuration
Before starting to implement your order you will be assigned a dedicated Implementation Engineer who will be responsible for all aspects of your order from workflow configurations, IVR (auto attendant), call groups, user setup and permission settings. They will work closely with your team to set up and test all aspects of your order before you go live with your new CloudCall solution.
We understand that not everyone learns in the same way so we have created a Training Academy which offers a variety of learning paths and training styles to ensure every user is confident and competent in your CloudCall solution.
Our online academy has bespoke courses set up by user level that they can complete in their own time and at their own pace. Once completed they will receive a certificate to confirm completion so progress is easily trackable.
Online training conferences are available for your team members to join where one of our CloudCall experts will go through core functionality of the system on a screen share and answer any questions your team members may have.
We also offer bespoke onsite training and installations where our Implementation Engineer will set up all users and then conduct tailored training to user groups all in the convenience of your office. This training can also be conducted at a weekend.

We understand that every business will have different requirements and levels of support needed throughout the provisioning process.
From experience we have learnt that some customers prefer to have our expert team manage the planning and implementation process from both theirs and CloudCall’s perspective. A dedicated Project Manager will take the lead on every phase of the project, from planning to deployment and make sure you get the best of CloudCall. We use online conferencing tools so we can communicate effectively and use these tools to demonstrate where necessary.
